"Execellent customer service is something that can separate you from the rest. When my family was shopping another insurance company that could meet what we was looking for, it was a bit challenging because there's so many companies out there. I called a few places and they were nice but when I called Mr. Durham's agency, I spoke with Ms. Dominique and boy was i excited because she sounded excited. I actually ended up calling and speaking with her on several occasions. I had a few questions and no matter how many times I called or emailed, Dominique greeted me with the same excellent customer service and knowledge as if I was her only customer. This is what sold me on who and what agency we were going with. Once we were ready to change our insurance over, we made an appointment with Ms. Dominique. When we got there, we were greeted by Mr. Durham. I mean he literally came out of his office and shook our hand. He made it even more personal, like he appreciated our business and that really means a lot."

"Ashlee Provided me excellent customer service. She took my information, said she would call me back with a quote, and she actually did. She quotes me about $190 lower than what I was currently paying for auto and homeowner insurance. I may switch life and term insurances as-well. After 27 years with my insurance company and using a automatic system to talk to an human, I called the office and got a live person. Once I got my new policy, I received a gift bag too."
