"Execellent customer service is something that can separate you from the rest. When my family was shopping another insurance company that could meet what we was looking for, it was a bit challenging because there's so many companies out there. I called a few places and they were nice but when I called Mr. Durham's agency, I spoke with Ms. Dominique and boy was i excited because she sounded excited. I actually ended up calling and speaking with her on several occasions. I had a few questions and no matter how many times I called or emailed, Dominique greeted me with the same excellent customer service and knowledge as if I was her only customer.
